Why can the final price differ from my estimate?
Car shipping is priced by the carrier market on the day your vehicle moves. Truck availability on your route, fuel, season and exact pickup and delivery addresses all affect it. We confirm your final rate before anything is booked.
How soon can my vehicle be picked up?
Most pickups happen within 1 to 5 days of booking, depending on the route. Tell us about any hard deadline and we'll plan around it.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. The carrier's cargo insurance covers your vehicle while it's on their truck, and we verify every carrier's insurance and operating authority before assigning a load.
Do you own the trucks?
No. ShipMaster is a licensed broker (USDOT 3887134, MC-1427937). We match your vehicle with a vetted carrier and manage the move from booking to delivery.
